- Oragnoleptic specifications (appearance, Color, Smell and Taste).
- Physical specifications (cut size, Bulk density, and composition).
- Chemical specifications (moisture, Ash, and Volatile oils)
according to the International standards.
- Heavy Metals: (the minimum or less than the minimum permitted for each
product).
- Microbiology specifications: We are in control of it.
